Still haven't found the solution to this.

Starting from auto-updater icon gives me error message:
"Could not download file list    Please try again later"

I don't believe this is a router issue or isp issue as all other oline games/internet/email etc works fine.

• Replacing Launcher icon with v0.7.1 - no avail
• Turning off AntiV software - no joy
• Uninstalling AntiV software - still no joy
• Turning off Windows Firewall - still...no joy
• Re-installing Launcher with 'latest version' - negative joy.

Any thoughts?

Weird. Never heard of such a bug. Maybe a firewall?

Might be some fuckup with CoH and EiR, try deinstalling EiR and delete all the folders you can find. Then reinstall.

Are you sure it's not your firewall blocking it? forwarded your ports for your router?

Ya EIRMod walked me through that in our first attempt to fix it and no luck.
Deffinetly not a firewall/router issue.

Is there ANYTHING I could be missing by an uninstall?

A random registry entry?
System32 File?

Get to work slaves!

Killer344,

i spent a few days with AmPm, EIRMod, and forgive me, I think Nevyn and someone else, I forget who all was try'n to figure it out, but we exhausted all internet access related issues.
No issue with any other games, emails, internet surfing programs, etc.

It's a good one, i'll say that.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

I don't believe so?  Gosh I really can't recall now. Why would one program, a mod launcher, be the only one unable to access the internet out of dozens of other games/software?  Crazy.  Maybe it was.

eh.
