Is it me, or do riflemen stop firing while they are on the move?
I didn't place this under bug section since under the bug posting guidelines it says that I must be certain if its a bug.

Are you moving in the opposite direction? Units only fire in front of them.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

That's what I was thinking as soon as I read the OP. If you are running away from something that is chasing you, there is a chance some  of your guys will be able to score a couple hits on the enemy, because their potential arc of fire is around 270 degrees if I had to guess. It might be 180. So your men on the far right might just barely have the far left enemy in their firing arc, and vice versa, but for the most part your men won't shoot at something behind them. If they are running away, this means they can't turn around. If they can't turn around, they can't shoot.

But yes, rifleman fire on the move...

...unless they pick up heavy weapons that don't. It's actually dependent entirely on the gun they are holding. Kill a gren and take his LMG42 and the guy holding it won't shoot on the move. Take a fallen BAR and you will still shoot on the move.

Also, nothing shoots while sprinting (e.i. using Fire Up! or Heroic Charge for the allies, or the PE sprint). Sprinting as defined by infantry with a movement speed that exceeds 3.

Edit: And one last thing. When units are stupidly running about trying to get to cover, they move faster than 3, so no shooting while they are doing that either. <- can be very annoying
