I'd reduce the height of the banner so its equal to that of the words and reduce the size of the badge; at its current size it has lost a lot of detail and looks iffy.
Other than that, looks good.

Get rid of the text bevel and emboss, normalize the brightness of the bg (seems to be different for the last 3 banners), and decrease the bevel of the background image significantly, and it will look really good.

At that size, you can also use a sharpen filter over the top - and fiddle for best effect.
