I was thinking, instead of having the game start right off the bat, I think it would be nice if there was a 10 second delay, to better prepare you for what game mode you are playing.
Maybe ME could do with out. But ME always says reinforcements are on the way, which makes you think that it's R+ until you see the rest of your team show up.
But I think Attack/Defend could use it, maybe even just 5 seconds. Have something pop up saying, you are attacking/you are defending, because a lot of people get so used to R+ and ME, the very second they can call units in they call in their core, often times not realizing until their units are on the field that they are defending, and they could of called in something way different.
R+
I think it's fine the way it is.

Your core should be balanced for everything, why would someone not call in their core if they attacking/defending instead of me/r mode or vice versa?

Yeah, but all this would do is let you know which mode you are playing right off the bat. At best, it could help you make an important strategic decision for your game. At worst, it needlessly adds 10 seconds to something that typically takes at the very least 30 minutes.
Tangible benefits, negligible downsides. It is good, but isn't urgent. I'd say add it to the pile of "Implement when we get time." Good idea though.

heres an idea, why not make the launcher buttons do what theyre suppose to do instead of puttin freakin averages in  that way you know what fuckin mode ur playin. |
