Ok... I have three download options on steam.   Vanilla, OF, and ToV.

Can I get away with just gettin ToV?

Do I have to have all three?

It's probably posted somewhere at relicnews under technical help or something similar, I think that's where I found it. (ports for CoH I mean.)

I don't think that really matters anymore since they went from P2P to dedicated Host network wise a few patches ago.
