Im a little confused on how the pop works on 88s. In the battalion screen it says they are 8 pop, but when does that number actually kick in?
Often times Ill call in the 88, and it wont register on my MP counter (i figure this is by design), but whats more vexing is that once the 88 is actually set up the number still doesnt change. It doesnt seem to change until the truck has pulled off map, just leads to confusion in terms of managing call-ins. Seems kind of silly to have the gun built and still not be able to call anything in because of the slow truck working its way back to spawn.
Just curious what the mechanics are on this?

That's just how it works. If the truck cost pop it would take twice the pop to build the 88 because it also has to cost pop.

this happens with howies as well. it sucks, but it's just one of those mechanics you have to learn to live with.

Actually, might want to report this: it is possible to construct more than 1 of them with this (in fact, I had a 1 v 1 with a friend of mine and I told him that, he was like BS, I build 4 of em)
So yeah... You might want to fix that.

Well People know that exists. It's viewed as an exploit. So what typically happens is I then get to go into their accounts and delete everything. Which pleasures me greatly.

Well, this was vs a mate, and I just proved it (they still take pop, so you can use 2 of them properly at the same time anyway)
