At first he talks about how expensive toilet paper would be, and then he asks her, how much toilet paper she uses for a "big business" 
After he sees that, he says:"You wanna know how much i need?" Takes one piece of paper.
"Look, at first i rip off a little from the corner and put it down somwhere. Then i make a hole in the middle and put my finger through. Then i stick it up my ass and pull it out again. Then i use the paper to clean the finger. Then i use the little piece to clean of my fingertip."

So yeah, pretty disgusting, but that guy is being serious about it.
