CaptainLieutenantLieutenants do not stack.
I do believe we got rid of the vet 2 captain bonus, don't quote me on that though.
that's not right anymore. They changed them about 10 patches ago
http://forums.europeinruins.com/index.php?topic=12230.0That's the bonuses for all the officers in the game. No bonuses stack anymore
Captain
Cost: 150 (MP) 40 (MU), Infantry Pool Cost: 3
Passive ability: Units in the same friendly territory as him gain the below aura bonus
Standard Abilities: None
Additional Costs/Abilities: FOO Artillery (140MU - Unlimited Uses on Cooldown)
Other doctrine abilities that affect the officer:
Royal Engineers: Holding the Line (Infantry 10% harder to hit in cover), For King and Country (FTFL Bonus to all British troops)
Royal Canadian Artillery: Binoculars (+15 Sight Range)
Royal Commandoes: Inspired Assault
Purchased Ability: Forward Observation Observer (FOO)
Drops a series of tight, rapidly falling mortar rounds on the target area. Ability on cooldown, Captain unable to move for a few moments while calling in the strike.
Vet Bonus (Aura):
* Vet 0: Suppression Resist 10%, Receives 10% Less Damage, Health Regen .4% HP/min, Emplacement Health Bonus 25%
* Vet 2: Suppression Resist 10%, Health Regen .4% HP/min, Infantry Maximum Health 10%, Emplacement Health Bonus 25%
Vet Bonus (Personal):
* Vet 1: Receives 20% Less Damage, Health Regen .035 HP/Min
* Vet 2: 20% Less Incoming/Received Accuarcy, 20% More Accuracy from Captain's weapon
* Vet 3: Gains 20% More HP, 20% More Damage with Captain's Weapon, *Cover Ability
How to use: Best used in friendly sectors to 'buff' all American/Commonwealth troops, has FOO artillery that is good for immediate artillery support in case of rush or to wipe out Axis support teams (Paks/Mortar blobs) to allow British infantry better movement without being impaired. Very vulnerable and weak due to sidearm, but can pick up any dropped weapon (Shrek/LMG 42, etc). With dropped weapons, the Captain - with heroic armor - is a force to be reckoned with defensively. Does not impart bonuses in enemy territories.

Passive ability: Provides aura bonus to all friendly troops around him
Standard Abilities: Heroic Charge at Vet 1 (On cooldown)

Other doctrine abilities that affect the officer:
Royal Engineers: Holding the Line (Infantry 10% harder to hit in cover), For King and Country (FTFL Bonus to all British troops)
Royal Canadian Artillery: Binoculars (+15 Sight Range), Forward Observation (FOO Purchase available)

Penalty Afterwards: Speed from 3 to 2, Weapon Burst 50% Less, 100% More Time to Weapon Reload AND Cooldown

See Captain entry above.
Vet Bonus (Aura):
* Vet 0: Weapon Accuracy 25%
* Vet 1: Gain Heroic Charge
* Vet 2: Weapon Accuracy 10%, Weapon cooldown 35%, Weapon Reload 10% Quicker
Vet Bonus (Personal):
* Vet 1: Receives 20% Less Damage, Health Regen .035 HP/Min
* Vet 2: 20% Less Incoming/Received Accuarcy, 20% More Accuracy from Lietuenant's weapon
* Vet 3: Gains 20% More HP, 20% More Damage with Lieutenant's Weapon, *Assault Ability
How to use: Best used in assaults or defensive operations in conjunction with friendly forces to 'buff' all American/Commonwealth troops. With RCA, can have FOO artillery that is good for immediate artillery support in case of rush or to wipe out Axis support teams (Paks/Mortar blobs). Very vulnerable and weak due to SMG, but can pick up any dropped weapon (Shrek/LMG 42, etc). With dropped weapons, the Lieutenant - with heroic armor - is a force to be reckoned with. Aura range is great, and should always be used in the rear imparting bonuses unless he has a dropped weapon. Common axis tactics are to focus fire and quickly kill LTs, who are weaker than their Captain counterpart, to remove buff bonuses to friendly troops. Vital to keep him in the rear and alive as long as possible or mount him in a bren carrier (aura affects all troops outside transport).
