Here is the day we started discussion on the current doctrine rework.
Soooo:
1. Reducing the amount of abilities, cutting it back from 20 to 18, 16, 15
2. No more battle advantages, unlock an ability and you receive a set amount of uses.
3. Doctrine focusses are reworked/renamed, particularly PE & Brit ones (No more 'Royal Artillery')
4. Remaining abilities are swapped, put in a new structure type system, etc (Dev meeting? More discussion required)
5. Piff Pooff Paff, new simpler doctrine system is in place
Once we determine the cut we want to make we can commence step 1.
I think a minimum reduction of 4 is in order personally, less will hardly have a positive effect on quality and simplicity imo.
Cut out all of the crap and keep what's left... there is probably 4-5 per doctrine.
Sorry Salan we'll be killing your babies.
What, Hang on a tick.
When was this specific cause of action decided upon?
I still think my system of paths is better in terms of simplicity and functionality.
It wasnt, it's just a suggestion to get the discussion rolling.
I think we'll need to decide what abilities to cut down in the first place before moving on to a new doctrine system.
I think you need to decide upon the new doctrine system before worrying about the abilities. Build the house before you worry about the furniture.
More like have a blueprint before you start building.
We already have the furniture, I don't think it'd be a good idea to build a house that doesn't match our furniture to be honest. Unless you want to redo 2+ months of doctrine implementation of course.
Well the question is how happy are you with the current house to furniture relationship?
I'm happy with some of the furniture, just not with all.
I mean, the living room is fine but the kitchen and bathroom need a major rework.
And please get rid of those awful pink couches.
Those are Salan's I think? :p
