i kinda screwed up this game, and at some point wildsolus started to randomly rage against me.
so i raged back, and ofcource, LeoPhone then clicks the retreat hotkey while not having presseed enter.

it was still kinda a 2v2 x2, but at the end of the match everyone got together in the middle.

maybe adding more territories in the middle to make it more interesting?

My thoughts about this map kind of went like this:

I will start with this, I Dont want to be a Dev, Mod, or anything like that. I am here as a Neutral Player. And gonna try to keep it that simple.

EiR had some heavy times. But now its back on its feets.
But there are some strange things in the "team" of EiR

Start with we do have a great Leader. Thats EiRMod. Who keeps this mod up and rolling. After that we have some important people.

1. Phil and fldash (who I think is still here)
2. Salan, Ucross, Nevyen, Akranadas, Kolath, DasNoob

Know on a 3rd spot Comes all known, Unk0wn

3. Unk0wn, He got over 14725 posts, witch makes him to a posting bastard, he helps new players and keeps this forums Alive. In the last months I must say I don't like him Any more, due we have different opinions about how mapping should be, but he is a great guy.

Now to the fail part.
Why do we have people who should not be where they are.
ex: I request Unknownare taking off the title as map Leader and put one some one ells (Some other EiR mapper who is not me or Unik0wn) {It cant be me, due I am I, and it Cant be Unk0wn due he had not made a map since 1805}

I begged for unknown to create rtc 4v4, yet he refused. He also refused to make the circus map I wanted where a sniper can garrison a carusel and shoot from it as the cart goes around. Obviously he should be difficult to countersnipe or hit because the carusel is moving. Because of his refusal to create these maps, I consider him a heretic.

Leophone has shown that he cares for us all by creating RTC 4v4. Give leophone a chance!

Im sorry but i dont like how this is being handled, the maps not being put in, because of a "copyright issue" ? (for lack of a better term). Granted, Leo sould have asked to use what he used, but he didnt, and so be it. People were asking for a 4v4 version of the map, Unkown didnt deliver so LeoPhone took up the call. should he be punished for this by not having it in the launcher. It is also, in a way, punishing us, derpriving us of new maps for the simple fact that someone took someones idea and expanded on it?

The only thing that is the same on these maps is the name.

Doesnt seem right to me, maybe do some sort of joint thing such as "Original by Unk0wn, Redone by Leophone" or something, just doesnt seem fair that it should be excluded the support that i, and from what ive read, many others, believe is a great map deserves because of an issue as insignifigant as this (unless unkown can make/has made some money off of his original for whatever reason, i dont see the issue at all, other than a pride thing tbh)

Anyways, looks good Leo, one of your best so far though it does kinda play as 2 2v2s

And the fact that its RTC copy pasted 2 times with no other changes?

This has nothing to do with copyright. I'm fine if people base themselves on my map, use parts of my map, etc but quite honestly taking RTC and gluing it together in twofold is something I could have done easily myself. I decided not to because I don't think these are the kind of maps we should be looking for in the modification.

Maybe some day I'll look at making a proper 3vs3/4vs4 version, granted there's enough demand, where I stamp RTC once and add a whole new part to it.

I don't even have copyright on my maps, they remain the property of Relic since they are created with their tools in their game. This is all about quality. If tomorrow someone comes along and takes Church, copy pastes it twice and makes a 4vs4 out of it I will not support it either.

thx overfreeze, but unkown is right. the maps in EIR need to have some level of quality, and this was just a joke lol, and it actually helped to get unknown working on a real 4v4 (i hope)
