if i use exp. targetting on a kangaroo with piat sappers in it, will the piats have more penetration?
and if i use the infantry buffs, will they work inside kangaroos?

Probably to prevent people with a lot of losses being blocked out of games, however, it also makes stacked games harder to recognize, so the question is if it is really gonna be helpfull for the community.
On one hand, I personally don't shun stacked games pretty quickly, but I would like to know if it is one. Then again, at least you won't have players not joining some guy just because he has 5 losses 2 wins (TBH, with the allied OP (well, maybe not OP, but high level sherman spam)) it's very hard for a new axis player to get any wins in the beginning.
Anyways, drifting off:
Main reason: to prevent people from leaving / not joining people with a lot of losses / few wins.

and something else, FIX WINS/LOSSES, we want to see how good a player is so we can balance teams out. this mod is kind enough for such a system, and for the people who arent, ban them. dont punish us with unbalanced games.

Some thoughts
1. Do fauts really need an accuracy buff? Dont they always hit? p
2. apcr rounds - sounds OP, must see it in action though but i have my worries.
3. TH Vets - might make me make a tank hunter account - :drool:
4. Tank intel, you have no idea how strong mark target is huh? Especially vs infantry. I had two flamers beat a vet 2 kch cuz of mark target. thank god they dont have flames but still, this as a t1?

On the subject of W/L change
Here's what I posted internally justifying the need for this change a while ago

1. Easier to get games for newer players with bad W/L or just bad players in general
2. Games will get played faster, less possibility to dodge and with no one seeing your W/L you have less to lose
3. Smurfing is still there, I don't think it'll change much though.
4. Stacking/Stomping might be easier on one hand but now also holds a risk as you're less certain it's actually a stomp/stack to begin with.
5. Leaderboard can still show top 20 player W/L.
Note that this is just one step in a complete 'overhaul', in the long run we also intend on having multiple profiles attached to one account with one account max and one profile name used for the entire account. This will significantly reduce the amount of people smurfing.
Then there's also the automatch system, where you no longer decide who you play against. Since wins and losses give almost entirely the same benefit, the only thing keeping people from 'dealing with losses' properly is the negative impact it has on their stats and the impact bad W/Ls has on people's perception of you and your ability to get games.
With the effects of losing minimalised even further you'll probably see a lot more people sticking around, able to enjoy the game as it lessens the sharp competitive edges of our current system and the mod in general.

Shit, I made a long post about my thoughs on this PE TH doc, but then my login time ran out when I tried to post it.
Overall I am very dissapointed by the TH doctrine. It can be so much more fun and better.
I cant be bothered right now to retype all my thoughts about the tiers. Ill keep it short.
The only good ones I see are:
T1: Stabilized Fins
T3: Improved Plating
T4: APCR Rounds
The T2 'Tank Hunters' need to be for tanks aswell ! Only then would it be good.
Unfortunately I found out that with the point system I cant make this combination.
Comparing this to the American Armor Doc just makes me sad, so many awesome buffs over there but here only 3 I see being good.
I wish I could help you guys, give advice, share my view, but im unsure if you want it or are even willing to make changes to this TH doc. PM me or something, let me know, I am willing to help. It can be so much better.

Vehicles is both light vehicles and tanks.
So when it says AT vehicles it also refers to AT tanks AFAIK.
When you think TH you're tempted to just think '100% buffs to AT abilities', like the old TH doctrine but that was blatantly overpowered as it was then basically the ultimate 'counter doctrine' to the armour doctrine.
