Armour was the only doctrine that didn't get any infantry based AT (excluding stickies as those are on uses and not there to kill things) hence why we decided to give them a single (!!!) bazooka on riflemen. This also makes the doctrine a little less bland to play with (no elite infantry, few doctrine units, etc)

I don't see how a Wehr player would be having trouble with this, a PE player maybe but even then they're still basic, non-buffed, riflemen. If someone spams bazooka hordes, don't be an idiot by throwing light vehicles at them. (Except maybe focus fire LATHT on max range, combine it with g43 slow and you've got win)

What a lot of people seem to forget is that practically ALL possible gimmicks can be countered

Don’t see this threads points in discussing the docs since it still work in progress!! I mean only 1 of every factions docs are available, Jesus calm down ppl! Tbfh I don’t want to be here when all the docs hit, or rather a mod or dev to have to hear all this shiet after you worked your ass off. Tongue
The zooks, well yea they are a nuisance spec for PE which have few Medium tanks, that work against inf, Pnz 4 IS is a great counter but then u use rare fuel that u need to counter the t17, m8, Sherman’s etc, personally I use fjs so I don’t have that much of a hassle, and helloooo u can steal shit from your team mates and enemies like mgs and mortars.
Come on guys use your imagination, don’t bang your head against the armor tank it aint gonna work, move to the side and unscrew the treads Tongue

I will say this tho, that i still think T17/Stags should be looked over. (Or is this stupid to add and if so im sorry and i will retract said statment)

Please stick to the balance concern at hand, don't drag in other units.

P.S moved thread to doctrine balance as the prime concern seems to be 'bazooka riflemen'

i ran this not too long ago lol. It was pretty much endless vetted blobs of zooked rifles with tank reapers. i threw in an officer or 2 in the mix and it was pretty much cash. anything that tried to charge it died and the only real worry was those crazy lmg grens but those got ripped apart by focus fire.  I wonder if you are going to bring zooks to inf co with reapers again. My best Allied company i ever had.

Well of course Infantry Coy is going to get bazooka riflemen, just remember that when compared to Armor Company, they will get buffs to bazookas (via Tank Reapers) while with Armoy Coy they have zero buffs for bazookas (they get Onboard Mechanics, AP rounds, etc.. you know, tank-centric focus).  Armor Company isn't becoming an Infantry Company on steroids or anything XD

And riflemen themselves will be getting buffs. Riflespam with zookas is only OP with inf doctrine tbh.

Exactly Two, well not so much OP anyways but its the only US doctrine that would buff both riflemen and their bazookas.

So let's just give it time to see how Armor plays out once all the other doctrines come in.  I think it's just getting 'talked about' since many other doctrines aren't implemented in-game yet.

just idea
Devs can make zooks for rifles in panzerfaust style. it makes blobing harder but give AT for rifles (+ sticky).

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

um... have you ever felt the grief of 3-4 snipers on the field at once?  At least with a high pop you have the comfort of knowing that they won't have much else to back them up!

1 pop snipers would pretty much instantly trigger a 5 sniper 2 ATG, 2 HMG, halftrack and sticky rifle callin from me.

There's a reason why unit population values are what they are today, we've come a long way in terms of balancing those and I wouldn't count on those changing anytime soon.
(pop values based on number of squad members is incredibly borked in favour of the axis, it doesn't work like that in EIR)

Fail gimmick tbh, you do that and it's going to cost you over 4000 manpower and over 1400 munitions. You pwn my starting callin, I bring in 8 bikes and GG, you just lost the war of attrition.
