watching my vid again, I notice that if you've never played CoH before and don't understand that they're cloaky units, it looks like they're fucking teleporting in and out to deal some heavy damage.
kind of hilarious when you think about it

What is with this silliness about pansy-shrecks all over this page?!
This thread is about celebrating the most glorious Firefly ever to grace EiR - not about some halfwit SS cronies with their cheesy harry potter invisibility cloaks!

Simple, all wind does is stack, and thusly by the time the firefly actually comes on, there's no more stormtroopers to kill the damn thing.

This thread is about how to kill it, tbh! And my halfwit SS cronies with cheesy harry potter invisibility cloaks + pansy-shrecks will indeed kill your it.

The only thing more satisfying than stacking, is when my stack takes on your stack and demolishes it.
Then I get the pleasure of hearing from someone else how you complained to them about it. And oh the excuses that I hear are made! They are many, like the trees in a prussian forest. The rage of being counterstacked, and defeated!
The sweet nectar of victory coupled with the satisfying knowledge that you are raging in private at a failed stack attempt.
Ah life is good.

If I get shot and it's a gay medic fixing me up, he's not gonna be fondling my balls while he does it. You can't patch a chest wound and suck a cock at the same time.

Hasn't anyone ever thought of.. like.. saving his stormtroopers just for that FF?

I have, but I haven't actually played for a good five hours or so so I haven't had a chance to go make 6 2x shrecktruppen. When I got off my lazy ass, there will be DEATH.

Uhh.... What? When's the last time I actually stacked, especially against you? Interesting little deduction there...

The last two games I played against you were stack-on-stack battles. Unfortunately they didn't end up well for your side, which resulted in some pretty hilarious quotes being passed on to me from the person who had the misfortune of being your confidant.
Regardless, though, there is nothing wrong with your stacking. In fact the best battles are almost always stack-on-stack.
But here is a tip: unless you are ready to live in a glass house, don't throw the stone. Aka, if you can't admit you stack, its probably a very bad idea to go around dishing out what you can't take. Like me, I'm a huge stacker. But I can admit it - thats the difference.
Life lesson stuff here.

If it's a stack on stack battle, how can there be stack? Stack happens when one side's deliberately much, much better than the other side, not when both sides are equally good or bad.

That is actually the definition of stomping.
Stacking is when a team is deliberately seeded with good players. A stacked team exists independently of the opposing team arrayed against it. That is how you get stack-battles, which are quite common these days in the launcher.
Aka my last game was Cannonball/Smokaz/Caliber vs O4b/Me/Groundfire.
That is a stack-on-stack battle.

The best battles are the ones that are stacked on both sides.
