This is a simple question. Why cant we cancel the repair (ofc that would mean you cant use repair again)? I dont see any problem with it? Why did you guys remove the self destruction button on veichles?

When eirrmod implemented it, he had trouble getting the cancellation to work. As for self destruct, could be nice if we got that back but personally I don't really miss it.

yeah, it hardly happens and ppl will abuse selfdestruct in some way.
canceling repair would be quite nice though.

There shouldn't be any problem as long as it gives the XP to the unit that last damaged it. (Else it can be used to prevent your opponent from getting xp for the kill)

Yeah, well it can get destroyed engine, immobilized with much health and that is a bit annoying.

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Self Destruct used to have like a 30 or 60 second timer - there was pretty much no way to abuse it. Even better if you could randomize its timer by 20 seconds to ensure it was only used to destroy vehicles in need of scuttling, not ones you were suiciding into combat in a blaze of glory run.

Akranadas' Greatest Hits, Volume 1: Vet has nothing to do with unit preformance. We are serious about enforcing this, and I am sure you all want to be able to have your balance thought considered by the development team with some biased, sensationalist coming into your thread and ruining it.

Wouldn't leaving a crippled enemy tank be a strategy/tactic?

No. Because you can't plan it. It is just a lame way to abuse luck you sometimes get.

Definitely allow self destruct, especially with a random timer.
Cancelling repair would be a definite boon to the entire experience if it can be effectively implemented.
