No I can't. When I run the patch it says game not found. I have a C: drive which is specifically for windows and an E: drive for everything else, since it is 1TB. The 1.17.5.1 patch does not search for the game outside of C: drive and even if I copy and paste my steam folder over, it still won't be detected, since I did not install steam on C.

So copy paste the patched files it installs to your steam game folder like everybody else with a brain?

It does work, i used the universal extractor, posted in my steam 'men of war' directory, and it works. quite happy with it now.

also. buy it, its really worth it and feels totally realistic.

though due to my country of origin, my ping is bad compared to all the russian and german hosters.

they kick anyone with 200-300+ ping.

Sweet that cause i might get it off steam, shame about the online thing i dout ill have too much issue with that though.

What about this expansion/add-on red tide, worth the buy or doesnt add enough etc...?

With out everyone jumping in and whining about how simple it is, does someone mind explaining exactly how they got the latest patch to work? i just get errors and no option to change directory.

Bit anoying that steam doesnt just Auto-Update to the latest.

And just FYI i think that link is busted now.

Then dont start  game with steam but with the outfront exe in ur Mow folder.

The order it goes in when i start the patch is " select language "

Then you click ok once selected - between that and the next part there is no tab/icon/text box to change anything it instantly goes from language to " fail cant find the game installed "

Im not sure if im downloading the correct or not i know theres a few now one that goes to 1.7 from 1.3 and now theres a 1.3 - 1.7.5 or you can just get the 1.7.5 top up patch, well i tried the 1.7.5 full which is 1.3 - 1.7.5 and thats were im having the trouble.

You download universal extractor, you extract the *.exe patch, then you take the extracted files into the mow folder.
