Can't make much good out of this. Presenting with a single symptom without additional info does not give a diagnosis (unless it's a pathognomonic symptom) but requires a work-up, which would be tedious and incoherent in this way. And not sure how I would balance fun and semi-serious here, so instead my suggestion is:
