It happend to me before, solved when i stopped using sleep mode thanks to the community;D
Anyway, sleep mode was my issue, this might also happend if there were lots of other processes going on such as Xfire along with alot of other stuffs you might have on your comp.
Ugh, steam is not going well with coh also.
If my pc does random crashes of coh sometimes, i just close it but that havent happend to me since i got new pc.
Might try shutting steam if you run eir with it, or have it open at all.

Right last question before i might solve your prob, what OS?
If Vista/7 you got only max 1 gb ram to spare which means if you see any hard demanding place in a map for instance it might screw up and crash. And your video card is near to minimum it might crash also if it gets lots of effects e.t.c on screen. I had a Geforce 7600GS before, i remember thoose times. Processor looks nice. But yeah thoose are the things i can come up with, im gonna do some research online.

I still have XP :p ...even though I plan to upgrade to 7,but I'm just to lazy now for it...it was 2v2,there were not many effects, and I never do crash...I lag sometimes, but never crash...

Alright, i have done some research on your card related to company of heroes.
It seems that card is unstable with company of heroes, what i read on many forums is that they can play alot of other games without problem but games such as Swat 4, Company of Heroes, Battlestations midway. Just result in random hangups and lockups.
They doesn't seem to figure any solution, i think its the card that aint designed to handle thoose types of game engines well.

Something like that never happened afaik, game developers may put some "tricks" to make certain vgas work better but nothing close to un-stability due to design.

Try FurMark *BEWARE*: it will make the vga's temperature skyrocket. But if it's stable for about 10 minutes, then you shouldn't have a problem with vCoH at least.

You could also test the CPU for stability, if the vga does fine in FurMark, with IntelBurnTest 2.5

If all that works ok... you could try OCCT's PSU stress test. But the truth is that if you have a low quality PSU, it may burn it.

Hmm furmark, never heard of it.
I saw the videos for me it seems like its burning the shit out of the graphic card lol.
What does furmark really do, seems intresting if it makes our card faster.

It doesn't make it faster, it's usefull to know if the vga is stable. Albeit a tad extreme because there isn't any real application that can stress a vga like that.
