Map Feedback
«
on:

We'll be releasing a new .exe soon, to cut some megabytes we can cut maps that are absolutely 'horrendous', don't get any plays and thus don't deserve to be supported.
Post them here, please also elaborate.
If they get enough support (and not enough plays) they will be cut.
Maps already cut:
- Arnhem Winter
- Dawn (again)
-
P.S we also added Hinderdam just now, run your autoupdaters.

Maps that I'd like to cut personally:
- Vire River Valley
- Radar Station
- Linden
- Lanteville (?)
But they're not going anywhere if I'm alone in that opinion.

remove hinderdam, or at least for now.
deadbolt didnt play a testgame on it like killer said he did.
map is full of bugs, not to mention the gameplay sucks.
bugs
you see big orange letters all across the map, you can move trough groves. etc.
gameplay
random buildings all over the place, some dont have windows to one side, others do. you simply dont know.
also all theses shot blocking buildings all over the place really screw up bullets etc. you as a player simply dont know anymore what's going on and when you can actually fire on the enemy.
not to mention stickeys rifle nades and piats go trough all of the shit.
also there are alot of these low walls across the map or simply next to buildings that block shooting.

I'm for removing them.
Also I wonder what's gonna happen if we remove Tanteville for a week.

Depending on what i'm reading, do maps get this easy added..?

Leo has a beef with keeps, the only thing true about it is:

"bugs you see big orange letters all across the map, you can move trough groves. etc."
The gameplay is fine, I've played it.

If I get shot and it's a gay medic fixing me up, he's not gonna be fondling my balls while he does it. You can't patch a chest wound and suck a cock at the same time.

Linden is an excellent map, good mix of urban and open terrain. Most maps have the urban section in the middle, Linden inverses it.
Vire river valley is playable, lanteville is playable.
Dawn and Radar Station are similar in that they are very small maps for 3v3s, which is pretty interesting. Should keep at least one of those for the bloodbath option.
What are the 2 least popular 2v2 maps, and the 2 least popular 3v3 maps in terms of play count?

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

Same, it was one of the best maps. It promoted fighting rather than backcapping.

Since the wipe, those are the only figures we have available. (Probably still a bit early to tell but you can notice a trend on there) Maps with 0 plays are not listed.

Personally I think Radar Station is perfectly fine. It's not often I actually play it, though, since it seems there's always someone in the game who don't like it.
