I'm fairly new to this mod, but one thing that has quickly caught my attention is the prominence of AT gun sniping, whether it's infantry, other AT guns, or even support weapons. All i'm asking is why in the world was this implemented. In vCoh ATGs have very low accuracy against other targets, but in EIRR it just seems crazy. I cannot tell you the number of times i've lost whole vetted ATGs or support weapons to a crazy snipe shot. It just seems silly and serves no purpose...

Please explain why it is in EIRR. Thx

EIRR has actually DECREASED accuracy in atg vs atg matchups.

The only reason you see it more often in EIRR versus vCoH is because... You see it more often. In vCoH, ATGs are liable to be raped by 3 howitzers, 5 25 pounders, 7 hummels, 10 walking stukas or just bumrushed by a 10 cromwell / 10 P4 tank rush so you don't see ATG vs ATG matchup.

However, EIRR does have veterancy and ability bonuses that do give a small % increase in accuracy.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

Why don't you collect up your love beads and potpourri and find something constructive to do.

its just that in eir at guns are more important and more prominent so at guns will have a higher chance of getting hits. just like panthers, in vcoh they aren't that good vs infantry but they piss me off in eir lol

Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

Yeah lots of things are different here. Another example would be the Blitzkrieg ability, its considered utterly weak and crappy in vCoH but has its uses in EiR while remaining the same.

Hmm there are definitely times where AT guns fire back and forth hitting each other with every shot. Just seems kind of weird. It probably seems even more prominent due to the high value of every unit, so when an anti TANK gun kills your infantry it sucks even more

Yep, you got it.

In EIRR, you use absolutely everything you got in a fight. This includes ATGs firing on other ATGs, which is viable imo.

Oh and it's much worse in vCoH if you actually try it.
Pak snipe every 57mm you see and you'll make the guy cry.

there is always a chance... Such as a tank shell killing 4 guys or en entire squad in 1 hit... With the right moment in time, the guys bunched together they can disapear and you say WTF OP....  but happens. At gun sniping.... it will fire alot at you.... but hitting a guy is not as poften as you thin, its amazing.  you will hear shot after shot after shit and then poof 2 in a row or 1 gets a guy then you pay attention and say WTF..

I guess its just bad then. I had a game start with losing a pak to 2 57mm shots, then losing about 3 more grens to ATG snipe, all before my teammate's reinforcement time expire  Shocked

There's a bugged *ability in the armor doctrine that makes 57 hit a lot more often though, will be fixed next patch.

If I get shot and it's a gay medic fixing me up, he's not gonna be fondling my balls while he does it. You can't patch a chest wound and suck a cock at the same time.
