I have some problem with EiR updater

That looks like the Client not the updater.

Does the updater get to the 'All files up to date' part?  And you get this when you click launch?

Ok, then there are several things it could be:

First and most likely, is there anything that could be using the gfx card - like another game or something?  If so, close that.

If after closing everything you can - try looking in this thread and paying particular attention to the web directx thingy.
