What's the delay on this supposed to be after the smoke comes down? I've seen it pretty much come down instantly as soon as the smoke drops. Are infantry not supposed to be able to avoid this?

It's more destructive on some maps than on others. I doubt we altered its arrival time.

The reason why it comes instantly, like I said many times before, is because it has 500 bloody range.

On large maps it takes ages to hit. on small maps and at the right angle it's pretty much instant

Reducing range also reduces number of shots fired. It's not that simple.

+ the .50cals' angle was changed some vcoh patches ago. so ur units die before u can see the plane

It just seems more powerful on smaller maps cause of less travel time, and thus warning.

Oh you posted it after game against me and chef, dude don't epxect your inft to not get pwned on red cover on road. And also how many xp had that vet 3 ist?

That IST only had 80 I believe. I expected them to take dmg Draken, I never played vCoH so I know nothing about the strafing run so I was just trying to figure out what exactly the attack time was after the smoke dropped. Because it instantly hit both the grens and the later Panda's KCH. Also the strafing run has no FF?

One of the smaller 2v2s, Church. Which now that ppl explained the mechanics to me, I guess i understand why it dropped so fast.

Unlike every other ability in the game, which if you have good micro and attentiveness you can dodge, strafing run just kills them instantly.
