launcher instalation problem

ok,so I downloaded new launcher...my COH file is D:\COH

when I install it there(during the instalation it asks me D:\COH already exists would you like to install it there anyways) I get error when I try to run launcher:the application failed to initialize properly(0xc0000135)

I even instaled it in D:\COH\Company of Heroes

got the same problem...

I reinstalled windows in hope I will stop laging,and now,my PC is rly fast for a change...but damn launcher wont start

It needs to be in the COH folder. If you dont run it through steam it should be in that D/COH folder.

I dont have steam...

it is in that D\COH folder,where coh exe and stuff is ...I install it withouth problem..there is eirr exe and unistal eirr...but I cant run it,when I try it says that app failed to initialize...I dont know why,because last time I instaled it withouth problem

Check if you have .net framework installed.
