Ugh i know its hard man, what you could do as i do, call in a panther and manuever, you have to manuver really good as you want to avoid two flanking m10's but meh.
Works for me.

if you don't have extended sight and a lucky 5% 2 M10 will beat a panther from the front with no need for rear armor hits

Infantry help me with the sight Smiley

2 m10 still win easy since its difficult to make use of 2.5 more range (45 vs 47.5) and M10s are faster and have a much much better acceleration

if your panther don't attack just one all the time both m10 will live Cheesy
Well, i have no problems killing 2 m10 with my panther, with good manuvering i always use to have 25% HP left were i return to spawn and heal.
I always try to fight one of them each, e.t.c- go behind building alone with one m10. Backing off to another cover where it cant hit me e.t.c e.t.c.

Human crush is fine on m10's.

The real problem is that schrecks are so fucking expensive that none of your inf ever has AT.

1: Reguarding crushing, most of the axis tanks have crushing power, including the panther (Good all round AT tank) and Stuh and Stug... The axis [sic] have only the M10 (in reguards to non docitne units). It levels the playing field a bit.
Flank speed cromwells? Shermans with mineflails? Crocs? Churchills with tank shock?

All of these crush better than any axis armor.

  Human crush on such a fast tank is a little over the top hell you barley notice that a Stug has crush because you cat catch any infantry... The tank also can die to paks pretty easy but on the other hand the speed makes up for this and gives you the ability to get out of dodge quickly...

 remove crush is a good idea...

Are you kidding me? Stugs are like the best to crush with ever. You just have to learn to micro them. Not to mention, unlike m10's they get the nice hmg on top that can suppress infantry.

i know now how to counter stormschrecks: 2 CCTs with flank speed. much cheaper and it makes the much more expensive schrecks retreat.
use it like a jeep callin to counter snipers.

oh, and about m10 crush: STFU & l2p noobs

 I was meaning the speed ,so you telling me when you see infantry you can take the Stug and chase them down like with a M-10 I would like to see that. I know once units are suppressed  Stugs can easily run them over but chasing them down is another thing....

I have to agree that Stugs are pretty easy to crush people, especially if they lack AT and even more so with a Rolling Thunder company.

If it really is going to be pushed for no crush, then the Panther needs to have crush to because it's one of the fastest axis tanks also, but with much better armor and survivability compared to an M10.

Personally I think it's just fine as is and people just need to learn to play.  It is like fighting a flame croc.. you don't just throw paks and AT infantry at it, you need a vehicle to counter it.  Same with rangers with bazookas.. you don't just throw Shrek infantry with 2 rifles against bazooka rangers with 4 rifles, which too many times I see axis do to me.  Bring out a vanilla or dedicated AI squad like Jinker or Uglysori does and stop trying to counter things with the wrong counter.

To OP

Why dont you conisder the idea of asking them to remove the UP-Gun for the sherman as well, that way the allies have no chance what so ever at tackleing Axis "non" unlockable armour (P4/Panther)

If this is all about the fact you dont like how much there used then maybe its time to impliment a "non" unlockable vehicle that doesnt have to be spammed to take on a Panther, something slower but with a harder punch and abit more armour then a sherman, meh im throwin ideas around here not looked at it properly yet but its proberly the only way you will see less M10 spam.

You nerf the M10 allies lose there only form of tank AT that is fast enough to counter the panther. personaly i dont see the issue, they normaly only servive long enough to take out the target you brought them out to kill.

That's exactly the issue I feel with US Allies.  Hellcat has crappy penetration and is really meant to be used defensively (ambush) while the M10 is more an offensive pursuit vehicle.  Shermans are too slow and don't hit hard enough to take on panthers.  Now with the introduction of the Jumbo, there would be a heavier tank to take on the panther but its stuck with a 75mm which means crappy penetration, the Easy Eight Sherman is exactly the same as a 76mm sherman just more acceleration... cross factional reward of the firefly would be the only other counter to a panther if we limit M10s, and all the above require reward points.

Now if the hellcat was a harder hitting, more survivable tank than the M10 that has a higher pop or pool or cost, I would totally take it.. but when it comes to killing tanks, the M10 is the best throw away unit I can use to guarentee most of my heavy tank kills.  If their vet wasn't so expensive (insanely high on SP) and was a lot better, then maybe people would use them differently.. but the M10 just dies way too fast for anyone to really use them in any other way than a throw away unit in a persistancy mod.

Just leave the M10 as is, and really if M10 spam is an issue, what about Stug spam? 2 less pop than an M10 and you can field just as many of those and they have excellent frontal armor compared to a P4 and nasty suppression machine guns of doom.

Are you joking about m10 being OP? And ab + m10 to op? 2 ab squads 12 pop + m10 10 pop 22 of dedicated AT you state that is OP? Gimme a break and use paks or 50mm, tbh 50mm is a bigger joke, well with armor buffs m10 spam can be retarded but many things gets retarded with doctrine buffs.

Only problem with m10 spam is possibly the T3 command ability making them 7 pop instead of 10.

If you have masses of them, paks are infantry based and always in cover, meaning they take more damage from Crocs.  I always rush Crocs at paks to liquidate the crews.

In regards to the M10, Panthers can easily 2-3 shot them if you focus on them, if the allies bring out 2 M10s each in say a 3v3 and all you got is one panther with no other form of AT, yeah it's going to get punished.

In regards to paks vs m10, they totally rape the hell out of them, again it all lies in the fact that you need to always have two forms of AT on the field in some manner in case the Pak is outflanked.
