Hey guys,
A few people are complaining about the grind (which, is fine ;p) - however here is the calculations that are supposed to be happening:
Variables OwnRank, Opposing Team Rank
XP Base (currently) = 20
Gap Modifier = 20%
Difference = Opposing Team Rank - OwnRank
If Difference < 0 then Gap Modifier = 10%
Winners:
XPBase x (100% + Gap Modifier * Difference)
Losers:
Same calc, but halved.
Example:
Axis team Rank 8
Allies team Rank 3
Example, for an Allied rank 2 player in this game, Axis won
XPBase = 10 (Lost)
Difference = 8 - 2 = 6
Gap Modifier = 20%
Therefore:
XP = 10 x (100% + 20% x 6)
XP = 10 x (220%)
XP = 22
Example, for an Axis rank 9 player in the same game, Axis won
XPBase = 20 (Won)
Difference = 3 - 9 (-6)
Gap Modifier = 10% (Difference is < 0)
Therefore:
XP = 20 x (100% + 10% x -6)
XP = 20 x (40%)
XP = 8
PP Gain is the Winner calculation with a hard cap of -5 difference being the lowest (thus -50% max.

not to put another fly in the ointment but theres no way to know ho wmuch xp you're supposed to be getting because the launcher doesn't tell you like it used ot.

Thats why it would be great if people took note of their current and then received xp / pp per game (and whether they had sp's etc lost / gained too) |

i know when i was lvl 2 and playin axis team rank 8 i was only gaining 10xp, like i am now for every battle.

i forgot how much xp i had at the begin of the game, and coz i bought sp before and after the game i forgot how much pp i got exactly,
but it doesnt seem to be right.
allies lvl was 3
axis level 7 (me lvl 7 too)
axis win
at the end i think i have gained 10 pp, but according to calculations it should be 12 pp.
there should be 12 xp gained too according to calculations and coz im now 38 xp i should have had 26 before, but i thought it was 22 or 28.

EIRRMOD isn't there a way from the amount of XP each of our companies have earned to find out how much we av earned per win/loss/draw? ( I guess draws and losses are exactly the same. Half the stats earned from a win) Example: XP earned 205 ( rank 3) (5 XP points out of 100). Games played: 18 Games Won: 6 Games Lost: 9 Games drawn: 3 I did trying working it out but the calculations wouldn't add up.  |
