Dafuq man, don't ask for proof if you'll refuse it if it's not in your favor, logic fallacy for the bloody win.

It looks as if it is using the fallout 3 engine or am I just blind, also what did Bethesda do wrong, name one thing besides crashing once in a while with the GOTY edition that is wrong with fallout 3. The only thing I don't get is how they are willing to portray gruesome decapitations yet don't want to talk TOO much about the evil of human desires for wealth and pleasure. However this is of marginal concern when I could be out roaming the wastes with a character built entirely to my liking in combat performance mowing down Deathclaws with a Minigun laughing and then sitting down on a chair in the middle of an abandoned parking lot staring out over the wide open plains listening to my choice of idiotic political jargon, or just plain listening to an idiot, what is to hate about something like this?

or you can download a program and listen to your own music or stuff from internet radios. Fallout 3 is highly moddable and i expect NV to be nothing less.

Bethesda make good games, it's the story telling that is poor in their games. Obisidon make good stories, but their games are somewhat poorer.

LOL i didn't realise it was Obsidian under Bethesda lol. And @Deathsheads my biggest problem with beth has always been too many bugs in their games at launch.
And yeah Black Isle was the best developer of all time.

Black Isle was soooo good at stories, whoever wrote the scripts for their games and fleshed out characters etc was a genius.

yeah, well lets take a look at their games lol
# Fallout (1997)
# Fallout 2 (1998)
# Planescape: Torment (1999)
# Icewind Dale (2000)
# Icewind Dale: Heart of Winter (2001)
# Icewind Dale: Heart of Winter - Trials of the Luremaster (2001)
# Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance (2001)
# Icewind Dale II (2002)
Can't name one i haven't played and none i didn't replay many times
And alot of black isle was absorbed into Obsidian hence my excitement over FO: NV
And Oblivion was good just still has some game breaking bugs they still haven't fixed also i played it through many times and still can't be bothered to remember the 'main' storyline

The combat system for Oblivion was horrible. The lack of monsters also left a lot to be desired.
If you plan on playing it again, i'd suggest using the POOP mod list, it's around 80 mods that you can download that are 4gb. There is a specific way on installing it all, it makes the game much better in EVERY aspect, either to look at, to listen to or to actually play. It is extremely highly demanding on your PC though. I'm not sure where I got it from, but a simple google search shows me this -
http://junglegeorge.wordpress.com/2008/09/05/oblivion-poop-v2-mod-collection/
.
Still, it's got nothing on anything by Black Isle. I've played through BG1&2 several times and can't find it boring or repetitive at all. Getting Icewind Dale now, does anyone know if it's any good?

Ice wind is pure awesome, especially the fact that you can take your BG 1&2 chars and transfer them over to it. Then after you beat that you can take them through the Neverwinter Nights series.

Shit I'm pretty sure you could offer the guy a cup of coffee and he'd try to kill you with the mug if you forgot sugar.

That's like offering Beer to fuck the fat chick. It will work for a while, but it's not gonna last. Not only that, but there is zero motivation for the Fat chick to loose weight.

Fawkes with BROKEN Stats I mean Steel at lvl 30 is nigh unkillable, I took the firelance and alien blaster, gauss rifle, MIRV, 400+stimpacks, Vengeance, EUGINE, and the Metal Blaster, by the end I just barely killed him.
