I'm reffering more to their overall performance in ALL international events. There's always something fishy in at least 1 or 2 games in every major event from those countries.

Torres played last match, I don't think he's injured. They'll be missing Iniesta tonight though.

I feel the pain of having to watch France fumble its way through. Lets hope Uruguay beats Mexico and then France goes I believe 4-0 on South Africa. Not impossible but unlikely.
Saterek you're french ? No I just root for them. I speak a bit of French too. I'm American actually. What do you think about the whole thing with the French team refusing to practice. The entire team is going to hell. This year France team is a stupid team. In 1998 they were more intelligent and it was an united team. Now everybody play for himself, all the french think they just went to the World Cup for the 300 000 € given by the sponsors. In 1998 they played for victory, since 4 years it is only for money. Fucking world.

It's primarily Domenech's fault to be honest, they need a better coach to get them back on track.

Wow did you see what happened yesterday with Kaka ? The Ivoirian player wasn't fair. I know they hadn't any opportunity against Brezil, but doing such an unfair thing, that should be forbidden... Why don't they use the video ?

Yes all the French hate him, we are waiting Laurent Blanc who was a player during the 1998 World Cup.

That was just ridiculous. Especially the goal by Ronaldo. That was too funny.
Let's see if spain can make it!

I just got to say, I don't really follow soccer but the French team's conduct throughout has been just an embarassing public spectacle. To add the final insult to injury before France was eliminated in their last game for the World Cup, French Coach Domenech refuses to shake the hand of the South African manager at the end of the game! And even goes so far as to argue with him on the field with lots of finger pointing and walking away from the other team's coach! Vid link of the exchange below, but I got to say.. that's "class" (note sarcasm). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EDrq1SM9f_o&feature=player_embedded

Like I said in a post before, this year french players played for money. This disaster is the fault of loads of people: Domenech, who made a sucker team. Then, Anelka and his "Va te faire enculer, sale fils de pute" (in English it's "Fuck you darn son of a bitch" and finally this stupid revolt of the players against Domenech. Today they apologized for the French people and they said they won't take the money given by the sponsors, but I think it's a bit too late. Now, all the French people hate their team ( 4 players won't participae to the next World Cup !). I think people just want to erase this fiasco, and they are hoping in Laurent Blanc, the next coach.

Yep I think they would have score goals. If Thierry Henry had played handball like against the Irish we would have won
