The description in the launcher says that the PZIV IST will move at half speed with Scorched earth moblie platform lockdown, but the modifier in the game file is .70, meaning it only suffer a 30% penalty in max speed.

Also, I don't know if it's intentional, but there's no "penalty period" after exiting out of lockdown for the buffed PzIV. IE the 30% penalty is gone the instant you click the button.

that explains a lot and why there are so many vet 3 piv's on companies who have this ability, i wonder if it'll still be favored once it gets it's true ability.

The description on this is just wrong and it has always been an intended 30% speed reduction instead of 50% AFAIK.

those ISTs are fucking mean, and you should at least be able to evade them by weaving between buildings.

whats that bring the IST down to, 3.5 speed? thats .5 more than a KT.

It's just a text file we forgot to update when the change on the RGDs was made lol. Kudos for the dedication though.
