[WM] Blitzkreig Doctrine Unlocks

I've decided to play Wm Blitz and looking at the unlocks I'm not sure which ones to plan to get.

Tiger
German Engineering
Improved Barrels
Precision Strike
Stormtroopers

The tiger is a no brainer but then that leaves the question:

German engineering and Improved Barrels
or
Improved Barrels, Precision Strike and Stormtroopers?

PS I'm going to go for the HEAT rounds tech tree, becuase I like tanks

Oh and could someone recommend to me a good starting build for blitz company

Depends, if you like to concentrate on the Tiger then go for engineering and barrels.
If you want to ambush support teams etc then go for stormies and precision strike.

I like tanks but then I've read some posts where people say the tiger is awful, but ingame it seemed pretty good.

why get improved barrels for a tiger? its not like it wont penetrate anything.

You can also consider a 3 panther coy
adv fuel up to t3
smoke, gerry engine, improved barrels
won't be too bad
