0.7.9b Changes

General Changes
*Luftwaffe Doctrine Implemented.

US
*M10 misfire fixed, reload slightly increased to match pre-fix values.
*Infantry Rifle training garand & carbine cooldown bonus decreased to 25% from 50%.
*Infantry American command now properly decrease smoke recharge on officers.
*Airborne Easy company damage bonus removed.
*Airborne riflemen to 7 pool.

British
*RSE churchill croc veterancy now work properly.
*RSE Hobart's funnies hp bonus now work properly.
*RSE churchill AVRE veterancy now work properly.
*Tommy veterancy bonuses are now properly applied.


Wehrmacht
*Defensive flak88 veterancy fixed.
*Terror pervitin pills health cost decreased to 10.
*Terror fearless slightly buffed.
*Terror pak HEI rounds now have a small chance to penetrate tanks from the front, with a much larger chance from the rear.
*Defensive optics removed, replaced by re-commissioned weapons.


Panzer Elite
*Scorched Earth storm tactics health bonus removed from PGs.
*Luftwaffe henschel bombing run rebalanced.  Now spawns only one plane but with higher accuracy.
*Luftwaffe flak88 veterancy fixed.
*FSJ to 7 pool.

The pak36 is basically an ostwind on an ATG platform, more accuracy and longer ranged, but obviously unable to kite and no 360 degree arc.  It can shoot down planes provided it is pointed in the right direction.

The 280mm Nebel is the unholy spawn of a stuka and a stuh.  It does less damage to infantry than a stuh and has worse scatter, but it is also okish against tanks(provided you can hit them).  It fires exactly like a stuh, so the shot doesn't track and takes a while to land, making it fairly worthless against fast moving targets.

you know, i have been playing a while, but what does cooldown mean?

does that mean the standard rifles shoot 25 faster instead of 50 per faster?

so what makes them different than the nebel and pak we've already got? I see thru the rgd's that the pak 36 has lower dmg, but is good vs light vehicles and infantry (really good vs infantry actually) what is the 280mm nebel?

Pak 36 is like a Ostwind weapon team and the Nebel is like a StuH weapon team.

There were 6 pool so it's not a huge increase. Just a little something to put them on par with other factions specialist infantry, pool wise.


Just used the 280mm nebel in a game. 1 doesn't do much but when you have 3 firing. Blobs beware.

the pak 36 was also fun but I didn't get much in the way of targets. It does act as AA though.

Don't like the new nebs, way too powerful against basic infantry and price is way too cheap for the splash they do, my whole team still agrees with me on that one.  And I find it seriously out of place for a defensive company.

Come on, make something worth having, I'd rather have optics over those.  Or an officer with no arty, or better armor, or something that you know, makes it DEFENSIVE.  Not 'Royal Wehr Artillery Company' to hell.
