I quite like the t-34-85 so far, actually. Using the first 85mm gun now. As for the gunner, I just bought my gunner to 50% with 20k credits, to at least get him a start.

epically easy.
they give you the .dds in the folder. just edit it, and save it in the same location. Done!
just dont forget to make a backup of the original skin

I am at the Stage of the P4 with a Panther Turret and the awesome 7.5 cm gun. I cannot make up my mind whether I should go Panther, or heavy tanks.

Heavy tanks are good i guess but they are extremely prone to taking massive crew damage and critical damage. One game this guy's tiger lost 4 of its 5 crew members from the first shot :O

I noticed that German players might have a problem playing with heavy tanks as they get their actual heavy tanks much later than the Russians. As such, the necessary "idea" of how to play a Heavy tank might reach a German Tank player much later on, and it might be used like a medium tank.
It is also the case that medium tanks misunderstand their role when assissting a Heavy tank. I saw Medium tanks act as "bait" for the heavy tank, which essentialy means, the heavy tanks looses its defense against lighter, quicker tanks.
So, I suppose, a smart, cooperating, well trained team will know how to cope. Otherwise, easy pickings.

Kv's don't suck... the players do! You NEED to play together with something like a KV, joint force wins anytime!

You say that, but an upgunned PzIV can easily take out a KV, and don't even get me started on how good the VK3601 is.

Indeed, the VK3601 and the VK3001 are both so hard to kill, and with such good guns - they might as well BE heavy tanks. They even LOOK like tiger wannabes .

I've heard from Russian Beta testers that in their beta, the VK3601 was actually called the "Mini Tiger", or "ProtoTiger", due to it being a predecessor to the beast. And yeah I agree with that, I think if the KV can be classed as a heavy, so can the VK's.

The VKs are still rather quick though, compared to the Tigers or King Tigers (Unless I am mixing things up). I have seen though, what the KVs can do with a solid shot. And that is, murder tanks with ease.
Also, does anybody else think that the King Tiger looks somewhat small compared to what its actual size was meant to be?
