Why is it that US infantry company get the Triage centre as a tier 1, and in fact the Brits get CCS without an unlock, yet the only real hopes of mass healing for wehr is the pansy little medic bunker, which is a tier 3 unlock? I know you will all say that axis get med packs, which is fine, but they're quite expensive, and you could never afford to place one on all your units, not if you wanted decent weapons anyway.
I'm not really moaning, just wondering where the idea for this came from.

because they get medpacks for free...yes you're right.
and the medic bunker was something totally new, until eirr they never got the unit. Most things that aren't something that's normally for that doctrine/faction become high unlocks because they add something to that side that wasn't normally there, like the medic bunker.
Also, Wehr infantry are in context *better* than american infantry and the addiction of a medic bunker makes them all the more powerful, so medic bunker + axis infantry is a more powerful combination than american infantry + triage

the cost on medkit vary from unit to units. a triage cost 120 and the (high cool down) CCS cost 80.
A medkit for the volks grenadier cost only like 15 munition and the grenadier cost 20 mu. So for a triage center, the wehr could buy 6 - 10 medkit depending on your company.
Having a medkit that you can activate in a hurry (instead of legging it back to the ccs/triage) is also a plus. You also don't have to worry about losing the triage or ccs.

The medic bunker was only introduced recently, there have always been differences in the way factions heal their units. The medic bunker is an 'add-on' to supplement the use of medkits for the wehrmacht forces where as the triage is the only healing option available to US infantry.

Med packs are not free.
Secondly axis inf are not better, squads are much smaller, a gren squad with 2 fatalities is basically worthless, volks are not that great to begin with, and kch, well, they're an even smaller squad.
I'm not overly bothered I was just wondering, but you answered that, so thanks

I find the current system balanced, as allies have a cooldown as Firesparks mentioned.
