the question is would we want the of factions? Wink or was it better with 2 only?  

less hassle for balancers with 2 thats for sure


porting EIR to coho wouldn't be too much trouble as i heard the files are nearly identical right? correct me if i'm wrong.

4 is best. Having another option then playing Americans is what many want, and always draws more players. If there are mods for COHO, and EIR doesn't bring back the brits and PE someone else will and large fanbase portions will go to them not EIR.

Except having a completely different metagame and an ingame economy and base building etc? Yea, after you take out everything thats different they are very similar.

Only thing I think is a really good part of CoH:O are the Hero units. Those would make excellent reward units.
