Lack of ability to organize people to get things done, or atleast to organize it in the same cycle as everyone else. artists come and go, casters come and go, coders come and go... rarely does all the work coincide at the same time  |

By glitching more then 1 howi can result more then 4000+ xp during a match, so he most likely did that. |

What Im working on, is separate and parallel to other parts that are being worked on  I also have someone working on cloning me, but she only has the tools to replicate my blood so far, we may just have to find a crazy scientist! |

Well, omg has a huge development team and a lot of the people that left back in eir used to do shoutcasts anyway, so they were used to it.
Now, after the next patch maybe i'll do one. I think we may need a dedicated team, maybe give out reward points for having things done, it'll get people more into it.
btw omg also needs the shoutcasts more as uh, omg sux.

Its not rly that hard to do a vidcast. Just time consuming.
I like doing it, but my main purpose is to fill the void atm. We just need to find people with any interest and the right hardware and foster it into something productive, b/c it does get addicting to an extent. Just gotta catch ppl on.

Their intro and videos are okay, but their shoutcaster suck. It's like he try to make it exciting but he fails.  |
