I'm not too sure I haven't really been able to tell yet, but does the healcar come with the MG42 upgrade you have to buy on the normal scout car?

When you lock the vehicle down it receives health buffs and Suppression buffs to survive/defend itself

its not the same as the mg42 upgrade that the normal scout car gets but it still gets a buff.

It used to get the scout car mg42 upgrade which was nice given the 80 muni cost of the support car but either they downgraded the mg on it or downgraded the scout car mg42 in general because it doesn't suppress like it used to.
