It is getting good. Very good actualy.

Road to offmap being blocked by trees can be corrected.

River bed could also have some terrain paint? Like imitation of green on the bottom algae.

Perhaps it would be better if river would be more shallow, not so deep.

I cleaned up some of the pixelation in the 1st one. It was really bad around the top of the hangar and on some of the airplanes.

Some notes

Map design is pretty interesting, excellent loading screen, some areas look well refined. (Your fields are looking excellent for example, they also feel 'real', same with the riverbedding)

* Sloppy splats & splines
There's some areas that look really weird and unprofessional. The airfield areas come to mind, throwing a dark patch of concrete so obviously on a lighter surrounding just looks stupid. Use opacity for all your splats, this way they'll blend in.

There's splines that abruptly stop, others just run into other roads without fading out

* Weird splat & splining choices
Using arnhem brick road as a main road through the countryside makes very little sense, this is an urban road that really should only be used in an urban environment. Having a road like this run through fields and forests is plain silly.

What's with the grass growing on an airstrip runway? If this is an airfield that is being maintained, which it would be judging by the airplanes still present, you wouldn't see massive patches of grass just sprouting out of the concrete lol.

Crashed airplines would have an impact on surrounding terrain and would leave quite some marks, yet I see some crashed airplanes that just have no actual crash traces, etc

* Overall
there's still quite some work to be done, especially in terms of the 'feel' of your map. I can imagine this map would probably feel like playing some LEGO village.

Your forests feel very unreal. You wouldn't just have trees standing in the middle of a grass field without anything at their base, some random bushes, wood, foilage, etc.

Your entire map feels too clean, there's some crashed planes apparently, but nothing showing for any sign of combat, bombing, etc

Transitions between rural areas and the airfield, between the small town segment and the surroundings, between some of the industrial looking areas and the surroundings all need to be improved to feel real. There'd probably be fencing around the airfield area, there'd be a tight army controlled seperation. Same with the 'army type' base south of the towncenter thing.

Church area feels a little dull, could use some more spicing up


Lastly, I think your map would benefit from a 'Dawn' atmosphere. (Dawn as in the time of day, not the awful map)

You have to play to see it , but in the games that were played no one mentioned anything like a 'lego village' feel.

Well we just finished a game in this map and i have to say i really really enjoyed it! And being a fan of big games either 3v3's and 4v4's, to me this one is the best 8p map for EiR.

Great job Nug ! Well done !

how does that happen ?  no one in games that i played said anything like this nor i had.
