Just wanna let the Devs know I still have that problem with the Attribarchive and the Europeinruins.sga files keep updating. I tried deleting them before hand to make sure it wouldnt mess up, but after I get a game and go in coh I cant connect to anyone, says "you cant join there game". Anyways just curious what im supposed to do about it.

Like I said in the other thread, I think it's something on our end. Someone must have fucked up in the uploading process... I'm guessing this occured when Bob uploaded the Hotfix.
For now, hang tight until I can get someone to look at it.

There is actually quite a few people having this problem, maybe someone can host the correct versions on filefront so they can download it? ( i am having the issue myself as well oddly. )
This use to happen in the past during testing when we updated a bunch, Che always said it was individuals computer that was the issue, but the fact of the matter is there are a lot of people with this problem atm. needs some sorta intervention.

Ya I dont think its our computers, last time this happened I never had to deal with it and other people were complaining but whatever. Anyways ya that would be great if you guys could host it on Filefront or something?

I think it's fixed, Bob uploaded the hotfix but forgot to run the manifest.
Apologies for the inconvenience guys.
I don't have the patch logs for this one, so you'll have to wait until Bob gets on to document them.

This usually is caused by someone attempting to download a file (from our server) whilst someone is currently UPLOADING said file. What ends up happening then, is the file gets locked (or something) and you need to restart your computer. So yeah, it *IS* individuals computers technically, but happens infrequently because of this. |
