We will definitely enforce this at some point down the road. However our community simply isn't large enough to limit playres to one faction. In addition, while developing/balancing, it's probably best that players play both sides...
What you could do, is prevent people from making two accounts. I find that very contradicting to the nature of this game. In my opinion, it should be one or the other.
