make firestorm a bit better,now it's just okay-ish...I rarely saw anyone use it(except myself maybe saw just few more in all games I played...)...compared to something like arty saturation,it just fails bad...even defensive rocket strike is much better...

I had a cool idea for inf


Counter-Attack

All inf does more damage vs  vet 2 and vet 3 enemy (half the damage vs vet 1 and vet 0 ) , once you vet your troops the damage decreases.

Vet 0: 25% more damage

Vet 1 : 22% more damage

vet 2 : 18% more damage

vet 3 : 14% more damage


t3 worthy imo

After this no one would vet their troops pass vet 1 cause they get that 22% damage all the time

ok this , i mixed up a little before Wink

I had a cool idea for inf


Counter-Attack

All inf does more damage (double the damage vs some vets).

Vet 0: 20% more damage (double vs vet 3)

Vet 1 : 18% more damage (double vs vet 3, 2)

vet 2 : 16% more damage (double vs vet 3, 2, 1)

vet 3 : 15% more damage (double vs everyone)


t3 worthy imo





and also : sabotage frauen unit Wink

Because giving a vet 3 unit an extra 1.3 modifier to damage when they have 1.2 damage as a base to have 1.56 damage total is a good idea Smiley.
Let's combine it with tank reapers, just for the lulz - and get bazookas that deal a nice little 1.95 damage (so 175.5 damage/shot) as a base, and 210.6 damage versus skirted tanks(263.25 if unskirted).

Should be funny when 2 ranger squads can one-shot anything under a tiger Cheesy.

Numbers can be tweaked anytime(and this was just an example), it was about the idea of something different.

As you'd vet up the damage increases vs stronger vets and the bonus damage get a little weaker vs lower vets so it's not OP but balanced (but still no matter what, there is a buff in damage).

It's scaling of damage vs enemy vets and your own vet level.

as you see in my example

vet 0 has 20% buff vs vet 0 1 2 and double vs enemy vet 3 which gives it 40%

vet 1 18% vs vet 0 1 , and double vs 2 and 3

vet 2 16% vs vet 0 and double vs 1 2 3

vet 3 30% vs all


As you vet up the damage scales to 30%.

oh, i think we had this issue a while back, i had like 5 rangers squads running around 1 shooting panzer4s and panthers and 2 shooting tigers

5 ranger squads is 10 bazookas. Even without doctrine buffs they should potentially be able to one-volley P4s and Panthers, and nearly do the same to Tigers (considering all shots hit and pen).

Instead of my SS idea, how about a doctrine tier that is basically the "rifle training" tier 4 from good ol' infantry doc for grenadiers? I would love grens with better cooldown and reload. Maybe not as powerful as before but any buff would be cool.


EDIT: maybe even instead of "Grenadiers get new Kar98 rifles" with better reload and cooldown, it could be "Grenadiers get new lmg42s" and give them a greater cooldown and reload.
