1) Allied arty is both more powerful and more common than Axis arty. This is inarguably true.
I argue against this. Nebelwerfers are cheaper than 25 pdrs, while being far better at utility(they also never got nerfed vs units in buildings like you implied), and PE has a non-doctrinal arty piece as well (the Hotch Stuka). US is left with nothing - ergo, Axis have more plentiful arty : and in quite a lot of cases their quick discharge of payload and low cooldown times allow them to be more powerful than their allied counterparts.

2) Button and Sticky are BS and in their current state and are not balanced for EiR. Multiple people (including Smokaz) agree with me on this, so...
Button mayhaps be over the top. Stickies - not quite so. And please do not pull the "multiple people agree therefore it's true" here - the EiRR forums have never been a democracy.

allied arty:
brits
Use close to 0% arty. their mortar cant be really called indirect, 25 pdr is hardly used. maybe a few more ppl use them now rca is released (idk, didnt play since patch)
us:
almost 66% of the players use more powerfull arty than axis have. 105 and calliop. both are also very early unlockable.
axis arty:
pe
hoch stuka & hummel
hummel is very late unlockable (T3 instead of calliope T2(calliop is much stronger tbfh)) and a lot of players see the hochkiss as a waste of fuel & pop. some people do use them, but dont know how to.
hummel also seems to be weak reading from the other topic.
in the end i would say about 40% of the pe players have either a hummel or a hoch stuka
wm
nebel is great but wont 1 shot enemies and wont destroy vehicles or support weapons. if the allies have a triage u r fucked. stuka, same story as PE but this one is also a doctrine unlock. and thats it already. in vcoh terror had early access to firestorm this would be some kind of the calliop's counterpart. but since firestorm is a t3.............. and has drift its not gonna work for axis.
50% of the axis players have a nebel(or stuka) i'd say.

Price:
Nebelwerfer - 400MP, 35MU, 100FU, 7 Pop, 12 Pool
25 Pounder - 360MP, 0MU, 120FU, 7 Pop, 9 Pool
The increased MP, MU and Pool cost more than make up for the slight FU difference.
Also, what do you mean by utility? Nebels can only suppress troops, maybe get a few lucky kills. 25 Lbrs can one-shot any squad, destroy support weapons, level buildings in seconds and tear PE vehicles apart.
Nebels also no longer one-shot squads in buildings, like they previously did. Remember that big stink Lionel raised when his vet Rangers got gibbed by one? And brn did a bunch of digging through the RGDs to find out why, and it was eventually removed as a balance issue. At least, I was told that it was going to be removed, and I haven't had any of my squads gibbed since then.
As for the "multiple people agree therefore it's true" thing, I didn't mention it as proof that I'm right, I brought it up to show that I'm not some monster Axis fanboy.

Is the animation and crit still there? I remember specifically being told that it was going to be taken out.
If not, then I've got the luckiest HMG teams ever.

While sticky is more or less balanced because you have to move up close with rifles, button could use a looking at as it negates a tank fully and it can be killed without a problem.
I agree with this, even though i don't use brens anymore. I just find rifle grenades much better at killing infantry, and if i want to deal with tanks, ill just cloak piats nearby.

They will rape buildings and destroy units in them, what brn fixed said the chance to vaporize infantry in buildings NEAR the nebel strike.
I remember what he said clearly, unlike any other item in the game it had the text kill x units in building within x range at x chance.

Yes to the 1 shotting of any squad getting hit but its gotta be directly, destroy support weapons once again it has to be direct. Level buildings? lol no. Tear PE vehicles apart? so will 3 vanilla rifles.
Lets not forget the 25pdr is the most innacurate POS in the game.
The nebel is like a strafing run on cooldown

Fair enough the 25 pdr is marginally cheaper than the nebelwerfer (though it depends how much you value fuel over manpower/munitions).

You barrage with a nebelwerfer and you know every single enemy infantry unit in that area is suppressed/pinned and burning. Time to move in and mop up. Or if you manage to surround an enemy platoon and force it together - barrage to ensure their death is also a good way to use the nebelwerfer.
The 25 pdr? Please, you need quite a bit of luck to get the first or second shot to actually hit the squad you're aiming for, and after that chances are it's out of the barrage radius anyway. Support weapons? Yeah, the nebelwerfer can kill them just as well, and if you're losing PE vehicles to 25 pdr barrages(other than taking a (un)lucky shot) you're doing something very very wrong. The 25 pdr is hardly accurate enough to be able to "level buildings in seconds".

If I get shot and it's a gay medic fixing me up, he's not gonna be fondling my balls while he does it. You can't patch a chest wound and suck a cock at the same time.

Which means that is can STILL vaporize up to 6 people in a building NEAR the nebel

Most ridiculous and retarded statement I've ever heard, the nebel is a pretty cool guy but it is NOT instantly-kill-two-infantry-squads-with-absolutely-zero-chance-to-dodge on cooldown.

Any squad that's reduced to one man at half health and then pinned in the middle of combat is as good as dead.

I can vividly recall several instances of strafes straight mowing down squads. Most squads that get strafed are in the middle of combat anyway, so their health wont be 100%. So even if it doesn't kill a full health squad right out, it'll wipe out most squads in an actual in-game scenario. Even squads that are at 90% total health. I've seen it. With my own (admittedly biased but still quite reliable I think) eyes.

Strafes have decremental damage depending on how many men are getting strafed.
So, a singular sniper/gren squad will most likely just get destroyed by the strafe, whereas 2 squads will likely still have 4-5 survivors. 3 squads will likely just lose health.
So yeah, I do trust you guys seeing squads get destroyed by strafe - but it's more likely than not for the strafe to just injure 2 squads, rather than flat out destroy them.

Strafe is weird against cover, but say bye-bye to your squads if they are caught on a road.

Still - injured to the point where they'll need to retreat, or stick around for a few seconds and die. If there's no one shooting at your mans you could heal them up with med packs, but usually units get strafed while they're in the middle of fighting it out.
Usually... to me anyway.
It's one of those much maligned "I win" buttons. The delay isn't long enough and it starts shooting before it's 'over' the area which was targeted. There should be an extra second or two before the plane comes on to the field imho.

Decremental accuracy for a group is nice but that only helps if you're blobbing tbh. Every time I've used it it was on two squads grouped together and it put them out of the combat if not outright destroyed them, usually munitions heavy squads at that.
