With every next post in the balance forum the probability chance of unit being op or up rises by a few %.
When a thread reaches over 8+ pages you know that the unit is 100% op and needs ASAP attention for the next patch.

Balance forum is for balance issues, so if there is a balance issue people post there AFAIK. |
