You know whats amazing... The same people that tend to throw wild insults at most turns and derail many threads to the same old bs maybe the team would more open, but for the precise reason this thread was created is the reason why no one wants to be known....

All of the people have an opinion, no one wants to have a discussion you all just want to argue, it makes the community weak, and the game play bland.

If everyone was willing to concede some points and compromise then the balance team would be the community, but since civil discussions and lack of a coherent opinion from most posters does not exist, or the flame baiting/wars begin in every single fuckign thread, even in-between the facts, its makes the balance threads hard to read, and many points are lost in them...

If people would stop the fuckign retardation and start respecting one another, maybe you;d al;l be happier...

Want to know why you have to say " I told you SO"? because you have become a fucking wanker who has lost the respect of most of the people of the community, and advocating for no flames in this thread, while ironic, needed to happen because you might consider it a flame, while i consider it the truth.

Wind, your very intelligent man who has more valid points than anyone in this community, but your holier-than-thou ego and the bullshit that started since you were a falcon of Frankfurt really just became unbearable, and maybe i don;t speak for everyone, but you can ask for an honest opinion, and i do believe that a majority would agree...

You should be a leader of the community, a pillar for people to look for for advise, balence change ideas and testing purposes, without fear of public scrutiny

The baloence team could be known... then they;d get nothing but shit from anyone not on it, then if that person got put on it... they would retire from it becaue they did not get every single

Totally agree. This is EXACTLY what I find is missing in EIR.
I first noticed this when I was on the BA forum and I was actually really surprised. Ofcourse when I tried to expose this and get rid of it, conflicts arose and people think you are an ego and a troublemaker.
