If you want to make it a 'break' suppression skill, swap sprint for fireup.  Easy fix and it has penalties.

How is it a downgrade?

Bars have a 0.4 damage and 0.6 accuracy modifier against soldier armor. Elite armor means Bars would have 0.75 damage/accuracy against them. This is a huge downgrade, just 1 example. This suggestion is the result of people knowing fuck all about the game, thinking hey elite armor was always good, give that to them! You get what I mean

but elitegren the issue with the fallies, is thier survivability versus the other allied specials. elite armor as maybe a Tier four would solve the issue.

You see, you don't have a clue if you make a suggestion like that. Just completely ridiculous and borderline stupid. Not only would that T4 be ridiculously bad, but also make your infantry worse in alot more ways than it makes grenadiers(those only get flamer penalty). Stop presenting your opinions as facts. There is nothing wrong with Fallschirms, that's your opinion and I do not share it. Since you don't even seem to understand that you want a t4 that makes your infantry shit there is no reason to argue.

The problem with FJ is not their HP or armor type, it's the cost of an upgraded FJ squad and their lack of real grenades.

Give them access to either normal nades or burny nades and reduce cost of the FG42 upgrade.

Wow elite harsh words man, at least be nice about it and explain it since you know everything about everything....  And since Elite armor has made grens and storms a T4 and it seemed to buff them it would make common sense that it was better....

Anyhow i still think the sprint is a bit much, No sniper is safe, you can not snipe.

Form my understanding, The Vet Sgt gives Suppression resistance, and then the Sprint gives additional suppression resistance.  So in essence, as long as you activate it before our suppressed, even bars in suppression fire have trouble with you. 

Again, Maybe Assault Infantry, Falls, and the Upper echelon infantry should get the sprint... While the base inf does not....  And make it a little cheaper for that inf since that inf already costs a lot more. 

For Falls to have it, I would not have an issue at all, For assault infantry i would still say its non doctrinal and not elite enough infantry to get such a buff but since it seems like its here to stay i will concede the assault infantry being the Base Elite inf. 

Normal P grens should never get sprint as again, They are Rifles, Volks, Tommies, Priced the same with just as many upgrades and deadly without sprint.

Make the vet Sgt not give Sprint but the suppression resistance and maybe give him 1 extra man to the squad, making it a 5 man squad.... able to recrew more than one weapon at a time, that would help me more as PE than the sprint on the base inf.
