[US] [AB] AB Mines

First off I have no idea what these things do, are they normal mines? Or are they slow mines?

But I don't know which doctrine tier this is from, I'm guessing funneling tactics, but it's available to normal riflemen as well as AB and AB Riflemen. Not sure if that's intended or not.

It's not funneling tactics or the middle t1, i've got both of those and neither allow my AB or riflemen to have mines.

Might be a redundant linking. The ability for mines itself should have been removed long ago. Chances are you'd just be throwing Munitions away.

We'll get it looked into. I want to clean up everything when I get back so stuff like this is good to know
