I just realized, for the APCR hotchkiss it doesnt get its 20% increace in dmg vs vehicles in the RGD's
it just gets the pen and crit increace.

Dude the 20% accbonus is worth it and if you got a map with units in houses you can keep them alive for quite long with the 13.44hp each minute.
i have been using it for some time now and i love it.

im generally wondering why the upgun hotchkiss gets a 0.5 damage modifier against m8 armor (m8, T17, tetrach) since the upgun shouldn't make it worse against vehicles

unkn0wn, i think it's original relic design to make upgunned hotch a tank killer and Lv's do a bad job of penetrating the hotch anway

the upgun for hotchkiss reduce accuracy vs moving infantry from 75% to less than 9% furthermore it reduce its splash from 2 to 1.5 in other words that maybe even tym understand it makes the hotchkiss suck against infantry if its upgun
i see no justification why it should suck against vehicles too?
and if we talk about relic stats than the upgun hotch need to get its 200% penetration against pershings and 80% penetration against churchills back that got nerfed in eir from 200% to 50%
