RCA Bottom T4 now allows 25 pdr to fire earth-shaker barrages every 6 minutes.

Panther_Skirts now also gives 0.8 rec pen

Pershing HE rounds reverted to being an AVRE shell

Pioneer MP40s changed to match volk MP40s

Volksgrenadier fausts now T17 stun. Price up to 25 mun.

Sherman Calliope with Urban Survival Kits no longer regains main gun. Replaced with Dual Rocket Racks.

Zeal re-implemented. Now top T2 in Terror.

Brittish Tommies with Riflegrenades now have a 2-min timer ability to throw 2 rifle-grenades at a shorter range.

First Aid now changed to 25% chance of a dead soldier to pick himself back up immediately.

Geschutzwaggen 10 times more accurate versus infantry.

German Steel re-implemented 35% Health and less recevied penetration

Raid Assault re-implemented +50% Accuracy and Damage for 90 seconds on unit following an paradrop

Panzer Elite Additional G43 change tweaked. Play testing indicated the G43 alone was not enough to compliment sprint. The Leaders MP44 model is now the KCH MP44

Churchill croc Health boosted to 1500 and 0.8 Recevied pen. Modifier added to simulate an actual MK VIII Churchill.

American Armour HE toggle removed. HE spalsh added into regular shots.

All +1 Offmap abilities now work correctly

General:
-m1919a6 visual and audio effects changes
-added a non-emplacement version of 17 pdr.

American:
-US command squad population cost decreased to 2 from 4.
-m1919a6 now deal suppression (previously none)

British:
-2inch mortar accuracy versus airborne armor increased to 1 from .75
-2inch mortar damage modifier against airborne armor increased to 2 from 1
-hulldown now work for cromwell, command tank, firefly, and stuart
-AVRE can purchase mine plow(25 mu)
-Tetrarch suppression break: Tank no longer cloak, spawn sherman smoke cloud.
-vicker machine gun overhauled, and suppression fire removed from common vickers.
-Suppression fire: now only available to regular and commandos vicker with middle t2 commandos/top t2 RCA, -50% reload/cooldown time for 15/25 seconds.  



    -Royal Engineers:    
            
           -Hold the line (RSE top t4)
            17 pdr and 6 pdr: + 50 hp.
            vickers and 2inch weapon crew: +10 hp.
            captain sector health regen now available at vet 0.  
            Lieutenant : +20% accuracy -15% reload, -15% cooldown to machine gun and mortars

          -Ablative armor( t3 unlock)
            Purchase 250 extra hp for tanks, 75 hp for vehicles. (same price as normal repair)

Wehrmacht:
-LeIG18 damage against all infantry type increased.
-Gwagon accuracy modifier against infantry changed to match other atg.

Panzer Elite:
-fixed stalingrade veteran with incendiary grenade and at nade.    
Quick respond vet sgt bonus now work for luftwaffe ground force and fallshirmjagger      
-Pak36 reduced to 60 munitions from 75                  


terror:

defensive:
Pak38 and pak40 can be supervised by basic officer with no specialization.


tank destroyers -
     infrarot scheinwerfer :
     stummel, hotchkiss variant, pziv ist more accurate against infantry in cover.
     panther, hezter, jagdpanther, 37mm ATHT, 50mm ATHT, marder 3 receive +15% weapon accuracy.
     mp44 more accurate against infantry in cover.

105m/25pdr veterancy reworked:
vet1: .75 received accuracy
vet2: +25 meter barrage range, .85 weapon reload (less time between individual shell)
vet3: .85 weapon reload, +15% weapon damage.

nebelwerfer:
vet1 .80 received accuracy
vet2: + 15% weapon suppression, + 25 barrage range
vet3: + 15% weapon suppression, + 15% weapon damage

Hummel/priest:
vet1: .75 received damage
vet2: + 25m barrage range, 1.25 max speed, 1.20 acceleration and deceleration
vet3: .85 weapon reload, 1.15 weapon damage.
(I will be doing similar changes to the rest of the artillery later)

Hotchkiss stuka:
vet1: .80 received damage
vet2: + 25m barrage range, 1.25 max speed, 1.20 acceleration and deceleration
vet3: 1.20 main gun damage, 1.15 barrage weapon damage.

halftrack stuka
vet1: .80 received damage
vet2: + 25m barrage range, 1.25 max speed, 1.20 acceleration and deceleration
vet3: 1.20 hp, 1.15 barrage weapon damage.

PIAT damage against all infantry type lowered to .25

hotchkiss stuka with incendiary warhead dot decreased to match nebelwerfer DOT.

Royal Artillery:
 Cromwell accuracy bonus from precision munition lowered from 25% to 20%
 Precision munition accuracy bonus for non-cromwell decreased from 25% to 20%.
 Cromwell damage bonus from fragmentation lowered from 20 to 15%.
 Fragmentation round penetration bonus decreased from 20% to 15%

comet speed decreased to 5.2
Cromwell accuracy against soldier armor decreased to .65 from .75
Cromwell max speed increased to 5.2
cromwell acceleration increased to 2.7, decceleration to 5.

Hellcat max speed increased to 7.2
hell cat acceleration increased to 2.0

Sapper demo kit (1x mine, 1x demo, 1x minesweeper) moved to Royal engineer t2 unlock alongside flamethrower.
Common sapper can purchase 2x mine for 35 mu, 1x minesweeper for 10mu, and/or 1x demo for 60 mu.

funny I actually suggested the faust t17 stun. It would still work... if it was a separate faust unlock. right?

17 Pdr is too cheap.

It's 350-150 while 6 pdr and 57mm are 380 110 and pak is 380 120

i never noticed the pak40 was also 350 150. At least change both to 400-150. its just too strong of a weapon to be so cheap mp wise.

Currently ther 17pdr isn't much different from the 57 aside from penetration and range. It's also terrible at turning when in cover(as I just discovered) The Pak 40 has higher damage and penetration then it right now. Obviously it's a develop as we go unit but I beleive the eventual goal is in replacing the 6pdr

Aside from penetration and range? Those sound like some pretty serious differences.

Why replace the 6pdr? Why not leave it as a cheaper option while the 17pdr fills the more expensive heavy hitter role.

I guess to make it different? the 6pdr is an eir invention, and its a mirror 57 with cloak in cover rather than ap rounds.

tbh wouldn't mind the 17 replacing the 6pdr. its cheaper mp wise but more expensive mu wise and would make brits a bit more different than the other factions.

would like to see bofors be able to move but im sure it'd look kinda messy.
