[PE] Long Range Destruction

I was just wondering, does the +5 range it gives to IST's in lockdown stack with the +5 range they get from vet 3, resulting in a 45 range IST?

I think it should,but face it,you wont have vet3 IST for too long.

The base range is 30 and I was told and pretty much seen that the vet 3 bonus range doesn't work. Though I haven't thoroughly tested it myself. .
