It's very possible if the player names are hidden.

Also there is always ways to work around that, such as all clicking automatch exact same time, do you really think we have the enough playerbase to offset some of that? no we wont.
We will always have those stomp matches, where one side is not even, this will become more evident if names are hidden, and it will not stop dodging, because people would simply not play if they are gonna waste 15 minutes of their time.
It will create a less noob friendly environment in EIRR, e.g stalled games, horrible stacks, dropping players. This is what hidden names will incur, its why the current hidden names option never took off, because people knew exactly this, so they stuck together in their butt buddies groups so they wouldnt waste their time, and im sympathetic towards them, why would you want to waste your time playing in a game that is boring, the purpose of playing a game is for enjoyment, not to satisfy others enjoyment.
Remember back in the days of campaigning, due to the hidden options and factions, elitism sky rocketed, there was so much bullshit in the furom and bullshit in the launcher that the moderators and devs had to crack down on it.
