JustinBieberFan (Terror) and JustinBieberGroupie (Terror)
A back and forth battle of two completely different battlefield ideologies : The Heavy Static Line and the Light Guerrilla Assault. Witness how the two clash in this battle of the century! Flanking, hounding, smashing pounding! It's all here!

fun game, but u gotta admit, not a single 57/6pdr,piat etc. ... I am rly interested how it fares against other axis buildts? few companys come to my mind that would easily crush this, rly easily...2x PE would probably rape you,or do you put at guns in against them?

Aww, you miss me smokie?
Nah, the tetrarchs are more than sufficient in taking on PE, to be fair. The lack of ATGs can be a bit... difficult at times - but it's alright in the current metagame overall.

...you shouldnt have problem if you have balanced company.
I am not ashamed to loose against better and more experianced players

1. You can always tailor any company to counter any company.
a. A highly specialised company beats a balanced company under the right conditions.
b. A company built to counter another company, can counter that company and will usualy win most of the time, under any condition.
Anyway, it was a good game. We opened up with counters that totally did not work against them.
Opened up with 2x M10s, 1 full mando call in and we faced MGs, Paks, schrecks, mortars, LMG. They had the full advantage over us.
The entire game was about Axis having superior firepower, staying power and they were simply way better than us in all respect.
They lost the war of mobility and were defeated through constant skirmishes. 2 Vet 3 KTs, Pervitin Pills, V1, KCH, Sniper, paks... you guys had alot going for yourselves :p

I never said that it wasnt a good game,it was,you are better players, and groupie is rarely playing. but I do claim that if only I taylor my company, and you dont have at guns/piats etc. you will have rly hard time against that, and there is rly good chance you will loose...since you do know what we have,it's not hard to make counter to that, since we dont tailor our coys.
so,you up for a challenge?
Quote
KCH
strange,I didnt see even one.
V1's are usually fail against mobile targets,it's pure luck.
KT's < m10/ff spam

starting advantage means little.
You almost killed my vet3 kitty
btw. please send my or post game against Barton and Slaay,I am rly interested how it goes, since they are too arrogant for some reason

I dont believe in tailoring coy to target specific others, or for that matter to make them super effective at only one thing, i prefer the general idea of a real battalion, and sure you might have had a certain focus, but i remain to the cause that a battalion should be an all round machine keeps it interesting, imo.
Also even the sharpest blade will have trouble cutting a piece of paper, if not tempered with knowledge ^^

Actually, I never memorised what my opponents have... I just build and play.
Sorry about the KCH accusation. Just too many people running KCH nowadays. Starting advantage means a lot. I win most of my games due to overrunning people's start.

Nah, not gonna post that game. We utterly destroyed them in a way that's not even funny.
Also - smurf : we didn't tailour our companies to fight you. Anyone who had the pleasure (torture) of playing versus my coy before will recognise my coy as being extremely consistent in it's build - with just the 25 pdr being a new addition that I made.. 3-4 games ago.

The best company is one where you make your opponent feel it's been tailored every game.

Depends, really. Both companies are strong and can do very well vs each other, assuming good micro/macro.
I wouldn't say that either could "hard-counter" the other - though the fact the Stummel is batshit insane OP could kinda lend credence to your assesment.

IST's and stummels rape your mandos and rifles, while marders/50mm take care of rest, and if tetrachs/m10 get close to circle you, they will get AT nade,so I kinda do think that PE would win that fight.

Fantastic Game:
I loved the british flanking actions, the US constant pressure with the M10s, the way the KTs were handled.

Since when are Barton and Slaay considered good players?
As for the replay, very enjoyable.

glad you guys did enjoy it
ok,so what mistakes did we make?
I didnt expect that we had 'good' chances of wining, since they are better players, and groupie only plays here and then, and they had very good counter company vs our one's .

spammed support weapons like crazy and both had a KT on the field at the same time with very little to support them and very little to support the support.

Because a forum post should be like a woman's skirt. Long enough to cover the subject material, but short enough to keep things interesting.
