Minus the overlord buff. Do people like the american officer?
Cant believe theres a T3 that decrease reload speed by 10%. That seems useless. Reload speed.... of an officer of all things. Not a tank, not less acc. received or no damage buff. Reload of an officer.
But they are tough, and descent price, and low pop. Can they be used as a blob? Are they any good at killing.
I used them alot for the overlord thing, they didnt get too many kills, wish tehy kepy concussive strike. But what if like 5 together? They dont suppress at all i think. Can they be useful like that?

Your supposed to use concussive strike to smoke the MG's of the enemy before a assault with a ranger/engieflamer/riflemans/sherman

well the concussive strike is gone. Its just smoke screen. Ya i seriously thought it was just for him. That was why i was like WTF. I dont think anyone really tried running a 3-4 unit US officer. I dont got the balls to try that. Just really wondering. They arent pussies..so maybe they can do something. |

Like i was dropping smoke on the bad guys thinking. Damn Axis HP is too freaking high to kill them. Then someone told me it was just smoke. I think they are called command squad or something. Weird unit. If radio man dies. U lose smoke ability. Actually that seems more fitting for the concussive strike. Instead of having one super unit they should have the officer and radio man as well. I mean their call in is way worse. If i want smoke i use mortars. The current call in takes like a good 10 seconds. |

The -10% reload is great when you pick up schrecks, RRs, LMGs etc.

Yeah, the "Concussive Rocket Strike" ability name is very misleading. At first, when I deployed an officer, I was like "I get a free concussive rocket strike? Oooooooh this will be a good day!" and I called it down on some MG. Then, when the "rockets" started spewing smoke all over the place, I was like "WTF!?!? This isn't what I not-payed for!!!" and ended up killing the MG with a Sherman instead.

Officers as a blob dont fare too well, tank/LV food and they get crit'd by flames damn easily thanks to the heroic armor. I have just 1 that I just micro the hell out of and it works fine.

That video is hilarious, they manage to kill several blobs of grenadiers and volksgrenadiers, kill an infantry halftrack, and decimate a building in the background (near the end during halftrack fight) with stray shots. They truly earned the title of Rambo Officers.
