I Played a 1 v 1 with saint, I won and on the battle screen it says "(Report Received)" but it says the company is still engaged and I haven't gotten any to CP/RB.

The dev team has decided that we don't like the axis players. As such we play to continue to nerf them until they all stop playing. This way the allies will win the war. It's historically accurate anyway.
